We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newly upgraded Yardi Kube Prospect Portal, designed to deliver a more visually engaging experience for prospective members and coworking operators. These updates bring significant enhancements to usability, functionality, and aesthetics, making member signup workflows smoother and more effective. 

What’s New in This Release 

  1. Improved Prospect Portal Look and Feel 
    The Prospect Portal has received a modern design refresh, featuring: 
    • Rounded edges and drop shadows for a polished, contemporary look. 
    • A cleaner, more consistent layout across all pages. 
    • Enhanced filters, including nested options for start date and time, simplifying searches for available spaces. 
  1. Additional Navigation Options with New Deep Links 
    We’ve added deep links for space types like private offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces. These join our existing links for package groups, room bookings, and amenities. Operators can now easily direct prospects to specific offerings from their marketing websites, ensuring a smooth transition to the Prospect Portal for a personalized signup experience.  
  1. Streamlined A La Carte Upgrades 
    Tenants can now filter offerings by category within the A La Carte section. Previously, users had to scroll through extensive lists, but this improvement makes it easier to find exactly what they need, improving the overall booking experience. 
  1. New Card View for Booking Spaces 
    The updated card view provides an elegant way to showcase property details and booking options. Prospective tenants can: 
    • View multiple high-quality amenity images with enhanced visuals. 
    • Access a modal-based calendar for drag-and-drop booking without leaving the page. 
    • Enjoy a fully mobile-optimized interface for a consistent experience across devices. 
  1. Persistent Property Selector 
    Navigation is now smoother with a persistent property selector and breadcrumb trails, allowing users to easily switch between properties or return to previous pages without losing their place. 
  1. Improved HubSpot Connection 
    Leads from the Prospect Portal can now be pushed directly into HubSpot. This provides operators with valuable lead management capabilities so they can quickly follow up with leads and further manage their deal pipeline. 

What’s Coming Next 

As we build upon these foundational improvements, exciting new features are on the way this year: 

  • Portfolio View: Operators managing multiple properties will soon have access to a portfolio-level page. This feature will showcase all properties, their locations, and high-level details, giving prospective members a comprehensive overview at a glance and letting them easily select the space from which they’d like to book from! 
  • More Customizable Branding: Improved branding capabilities will empower operators to align the portal’s appearance with their unique color schemes and logos, ensuring their portal matches their brand vision!
